Privacy Policy - Effective as of 13/02/2024

  1. LastWill (the “Company”, “we” or “us”) takes the privacy and security of your information very seriously. The Company Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) explains how and for what purposes we use the information gathered by the Company website (the “Company Site”) lastwill.ie and also what your rights are with respect to that data. Please read the Policy carefully. By using the Company Site and any services we offer via the Company Site, you are agreeing to be bound by the Policy in respect of the information collected about you via the Company Site.

    1. The week in which the bequest was made
    2. The euro amount rounded to the nearest significant figure (e.g. €249 will be stored as €200, €5600 will be stored as €6000) in the case of gifts, or the residuary percentage where applicable.
    3. The Registered Charity Number (RCN) of the recipient
  2. These records will be used to generate anonymous reports (e.g. "Total Legacy Gifts this Year", "Average Residuary in January") which may be provided to trusted third parties.

By way of example, this may happen if any of our servers are located in a country outside of the EU, or one of our service providers is located in a country outside of the EU.
